Official commitment registers: a directory

This directory lists official registers where public commitments are recorded, who runs each one, what it holds and how delivery is followed up. Each cell comes from the operator's own page or a governing text. The Paris Agreement requires NDCs to be recorded in a public registry kept by the secretariat 2. India's OAMS handles assurances from identification to implementation reports 6. Blank cells mean the page read did not state the fact.
